How to claim

To be eligible to receive a $10 cashback consumers must:

  1. Purchase a specially marked Eveready Rechargeable Value Charger Pack(s) during the promotional period.
  2. Log on to www.evereadypromotions.com.au and follow the links to the $10 Cashback promotional page, complete the online entry form with their personal details, the unique code located on the promotional sticker, and their product barcode during the promotional period.
  3. Select which method they would prefer to receive their $10 cashback, via either PayPal or in the form of cheque made out to the consumer.

ALL consumers that fully complete the online entry form with their personal details, unique code and product barcode during the promotional period will receive a $10 cashback paid by the consumer’s choice of either PayPal or Cheque.

Consumers must retain a photocopy of their store receipt(s) and original unique coded sticker(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. The Promoter may request a copy of the store receipt(s) and original unique coded sticker(s) from the entrant to verify the validity of an entry and reserves the right to declare any entry for which a photocopy of their store receipt(s) and unique coded sticker(s) cannot be provided invalid.

Terms and conditions

  1. Information on how to enter, how to claim and the offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and claimants (including an claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with claim process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  4. Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
  5. Cashback will be provided ONLY in the form of Australian Dollars paid via either PayPal or cheque made out to the claimant.
  6. Multiple claims permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) claim permitted per each Eveready Rechargeable Value Charger purchase; (b) each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with the claim requirements; and (c) unrecognised unique code(s), product barcode(s) and store receipt(s) will be invalid.
  7. Claimants must retain ALL their original specially marked Eveready Rechargeable Value Charger Pack(s) unique coded sticker(s) and their store receipt(s) for ALL claims as proof of purchase. If for example, a claimant enters 10 times, they will be required to provide receipts and stickers for all 10 entries. Failure to produce the required original unique coded sticker(s) and a photocopy of their receipt(s) for ALL entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a claimant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to a offer. Claims are deemed accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.
  8. Promotion commences at 9am AEST on 01/09/09 and closes at 5pm AEDST on 31/12/09 or when specially marked stock are exhausted (“promotional period”).
  9. Every valid and correct claim will be awarded the $10 cashback.
  10. Claimants will be notified by mail or email, depending on whether they opted to receive their cashback via PayPal or cheque.
  11. The cashback will be paid to the claimant named on the online entry form. PayPal payments will be paid within 48hours and/or if this timeframe is to be delayed consumers will be notified by (and can follow up their payment(s) status with PayPal). All claimants who request cheque payments will have their payment sent out to them within 28 working days. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. Claims will not be accepted on any other Eveready product other than specially marked Eveready Rechargeable Value Charger Pack(s).
  13. If the claimant is under the age of 18 years, the offer will be awarded to the claimant’s nominated parent or guardian.
  14. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  15. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted from that source and by those claims invalid.
  16. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
  17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of a prize or an offer.
  18. All claims become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects claimants’ personal information in order to conduct this promotion. To facilitate the claimant’s participation, the Promoter may disclose their personal information to companies it has engaged to assist it in conducting the promotion, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. If a claimant does not provide their personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter them into this promotion. The promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic message or telephoning the claimant. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address shown below.
